Kiss the final releases of the old year goodbye.
Breathe in the possibility of the New Year and its magical opportunities. Join Jody Dougherty and Jen Frey for a Friday night release into the celebration and creation of the New Year.
Shamanic Yoga is a practice of internal listening, creating harmony and centeredness while invoking love and light into the body and its energetic fields. It is a combination of Yin Yoga, Plant and Energy work. Yin Yoga is a restorative practice engaging the energies of specific meridian channels.
Through the Shamanic practice of plant limpia, plant essences and touch used in conjunction with the poses, blocked energies are identified, opened and released. Support is not only physical but spiritual. The practice births a creation of unity, vibrancy, balance while engaging personal power. All this, for the unmasking and expression of the Light, walking more fully and powerfully engaged in ones own life. We leave balanced, grounded in the earth, grounded in our breath and open to Spirit.
